Personal
Dr. Mylander and his wife Julie enjoy sailing, SCUBA diving, motorcycling, photography and history. They have been active with Carolina Coastal Classrooms, the New Bern Preservation Foundation, the Colonial Capitol Humane Society and other volunteer/civic organizations. The Mylanders are animal lovers, sharing their home with three dogs, four cats, and three birds.
